Can leopard geckos live with my hermit crabs?

It would be a real space and money saver if my 3 hermit crabs could live with leopard geckos that I'm going to get soon. I have a 20 gallon tank so I think that would be big enough. The leopard gecko might get in the hermit crabs salt water though. HELP? Ways to keep leopard geckos and hermit crabs together without having issues and harm?
