Quality of "Nice" Brand Saddles?

So, I know HDR used to be "Nice"...or they bought out "Nice" (I've heard people say both), so does anyone have any experience with these saddle? Do they match the quality of HDR saddles? I have the opportunity to buy a "Nice" brand saddle that looks to be in wonderful condition, and for a good price. So, opinions?
