I remember during the Vietnam war?

as a mere teenager,observing the 'anti-war' (but not 'anti revolution')protests and wondering what any of those making such a fuss could have against resisting the obvious advances being made by the communists . .I still feel the same. What was so 'wrong' with taking up arms against such a godless and implacable enemy of liberal democracy?
