Why isn't godless fisher on the rsbot script selector?

I played runescape last year and i will admit it that i boted. I started up again and not only were my skills reverted back to the teens but also godless fisher (my favorite fishing bot) was taken off the list... they replaced it with some queer krill fish/cook bot. I was never good in the whole java aspect of boting so i don't know how to add scripts. I would just like to know how to get godless fisher's bot back so if any one can help me with it it would be greatly appreciated. If you are going to be a loser and call me out for boting I'm just going to ignore you.
